Schwartz Public Relations is the new PR and communications agency for go AVA. The Essen-based startup develops lifelike, AI-based avatars for automated consulting, training, and digital processes. Schwartz PR will take over media and public relations work with immediate effect and support go AVA in its further scaling and positioning in the German market.
The aim of the collaboration is to strengthen go AVA’s positioning as a provider of trustworthy, dialogue-based AI solutions and to establish the company as an innovation leader for AI avatars “made in Germany” through strategic communication.
Schwartz Public Relations brings extensive experience in strategic communications for deep tech topics and is expanding this further with the mandate for go AVA. The agency has been supporting companies in the AI sector and digital platform providers for many years, including Cognigy, Aristech, Wire, and moresophy. Its proven expertise in positioning complex technologies was a key factor in go AVA’s decision to choose Schwartz PR.
“It was clear that the team had thoroughly examined our use cases and the challenges in the AI environment. Their experience with comparable conversational AI projects was the deciding factor for us,” says Jan Schellenberger, co-founder of go AVA.
Schwartz PR is also delighted about the collaboration: “go AVA stands for a new generation of AI applications that focus on trust, transparency, and control,” says Christoph Schwartz, founder and managing director of Schwartz Public Relations. “The combination of deep tech, a clear technological stance, and strong use cases makes go AVA a highly exciting client. We look forward to supporting their continued growth through communication and raising awareness of the role of AI avatars in the market.”
