Tile, the world’s leading community-based search platform, has awarded its PR budget for Germany to Munich-based PR agency Schwartz Public Relations. The cooperation focuses on product PR for Tile’s Bluetooth trackers as well as on lifestyle and influencer communication.
The tracker’s technology entails Tile’s hardware, network and mobile app. All three work together to help people find things – keys, smartphones, wallets, suitcases and more. Tile’s global community spans over 230 countries, allowing people around the world to find over four million lost items every day. By subscribing to Tile Premium, users can get free battery changes, a location history and smart alerts.
The partner platform “Find With Tile” enables other companies to embed Tile technology in their own products. Current embedded partners include Bose, Skullcandy, Herschel and Sennheiser. Smart-Home partnerships include Google, Amazon and Comcast.
The company is headquartered in San Mateo, CA, and is currently expanding its global presence in Germany, France, Canada, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. So far the focus has been on the United States and the United Kingdom.
“We spend a year of our lives searching for lost items – Tile solves this problem. This is our story to tell to the German public and we believe we have found a perfect partner in Schwartz PR’s team,” said Sarah Davis, Director of Communications at Tile.
