Munich-based communications agency Schwartz Public Relations has won the communications account of BxC, a leading cybersecurity company for the Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) sectors, based in Halbergmoos near Munich. The aim of the collaboration is to increase BxC’s brand awareness in the DACH region and position the company as an expert in OT security and public key infrastructure (PKI). Since July 2024, Schwartz Public Relations has been responsible for strategic consulting, content creation and media relations.
BxC GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2020 in Halbergmoos near Munich and offers its customers customized end-to-end cybersecurity consulting and PKI managed services in IT and production environments. BxC counts large, internationally active companies from the DACH region as well as medium-sized companies from Germany from industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, precious metals, energy and consumer goods among its customers.
“Schwartz Public Relations impressed us with its in-depth expertise in communicating cybersecurity issues,” says Marcel Fischer, Founder and Managing Director at BxC. “We were looking for a communications agency that knows the industry and the topics in detail and knows how to successfully build and increase a company’s brand awareness.”
“The increasing networking and digitalization of industrial plants presents companies with new challenges when it comes to protection against cyber attacks,” says Christoph Schwartz, founder and Managing Director of Schwartz Public Relations. “We are therefore delighted to have gained BxC as a client that plays an important role in securing critical infrastructures and production processes.”
