HTC today announced the HTC Desire 22 pro, a 5G Android 12 smartphone in the mid-range segment. The device is the ideal companion for the VIVE Flow and serves as an introduction to the immersive world of the VIVERSE. The HTC Desire 22 pro has a variety of features, including a crisp and smooth 6.6-inch display with a resolution of 1080 x 2412 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
Go with the flow
With the HTC Desire 22 pro, users can immerse themselves in new experiences. The smartphone has been specially optimized for the lightweight, immersive VR glasses. Thanks to HDCP 2.2, users can wirelessly stream content from platforms such as Twitch, Disney+ and Netflix directly to the VIVE Flow. This enables a private cinema experience, whether at home on the sofa or on the plane. In addition, thanks to its reverse charging technology, the HTC Desire 22 pro can easily power the VIVE Flow and other devices while users explore new VR worlds or enjoy the latest films and series.

with the 64-megapixel main camera (f/1.79), the 13-megapixel ultrawide camera (f/2.4) and the 5-megapixel camera with depth detection (f/2.4), special Easily capture moments and develop your own artistic style. In addition, the 32-megapixel front camera (f/2.0) is always ready for great selfies and live streams. With a range of tools such as video stabilization, a night mode and slow-motion recording at 120 frames per second, users can create their own videos.

the heart of the HTC Desire 22 pro is the powerful and versatile Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G processor, along with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. A 4520mAh battery ensures sufficient power. The light but robust housing weighs only 205.5 g and is available in the color Flowing Black. It is also equipped with Gorilla Glass, certified according to IP67 and therefore protected against water and dust. The fingerprint scanner integrated into the power button allows the HTC Desire 22 pro to be unlocked quickly, easily and intuitively.
Explore new worlds
The HTC Desire 22 pro has some great apps to explore new worlds in the VIVERSE. For example, users can buy digital goods like NFTs and create their own virtual space in a new world. The smartphone also has a cryptowallet function. Ethereum and Polygon-based cryptocurrencies can be securely stored with VIVE Wallet. In addition, devices such as the VIVE Flow can be easily set up and used with the VIVE Manager app.
