AI champion in customer service: Schwartz Public Relations communicates for conversational AI expert Cognigy

Munich-based PR agency Schwartz Public Relations is delighted to have won the account of Cognigy, a leading international provider of Conversational AI solutions headquartered in Düsseldorf

The aim of the collaboration is to raise Cognigy’s profile in various vertical target markets such as the insurance, finance and automotive industries and to position the company as a thought leader in the dynamic discussion surrounding the topics of AI and the future of work.
